Homemade empanadas (3 units) paired with a comparative tasting of second and third wines of the night. Empandas flavors: knife-chopped beef, Humita norteña (corn, northen style) and Cebolla cuyana (onion, Mendoza style)
Dessert
Dessert of the day accompanied by coffee or tea
I loved the entire tasting! At Fogón, there's everything: surprises, conversations, questions, answers, fun, and domes! You eat and drink VERY WELL! All in an atmosphere that made me feel at home, like a gathering with friends!!!!
